Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the achievement of corporate sales targets, generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct site inspection and follow through corporate event arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.

 
Job Requirements:-

  • Possess degree in marketing / tourism management or equivalent.
  • Strong track record in corporate sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in event / leisure sales is required.
  • Possess strong knowledge of event management in theme park environment.
  • Aggressive and with good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Results oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • To ensure the safety of Theme Parks’ patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Job Requirements:- 

  • Possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / O Level or equivalent.
  • Candidates who possess with valid Bronze Medallion / Lifesaving Certificate would be preferred.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive working attitude.

Job Responsibilities:-

Operations

  • To provide friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors.
  • To create happiness & excitement to all visitors.
  • Ensure compliance to operating guidelines.

 Ticketing

  • Perform ticketing functions Promoting latest promotions to visitors.

Job Requirements:-

  • Fresh STPM / SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably below 30 years old. Must be confident, matured with and pleasant personality.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Good conversational skills in English.
  • Experience in theme park / customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays & shift hours.
  • Full Time / Part Time positions are available.
  • Candidates possess with relevant experience may be considered for supervisory level.
