Specializing in manufacturing of air-conditioners and digital products


Changed its business direction to become a property developer

First flagship property development project – i-City, a 72 acre freehold site along the Federal Highway in Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor

i-City was first conceived as a RM1.5 billion township development with 5 million square feet of approved built-up


i-City was awarded with the only MSC status Cybercentre in Shah Alam by Multimedia Development Corporation


i-City was approved as a Tourism Destination by Ministry of Tourism and Culture and declared as International Park by the Selangor State Government; and

Opening of Leisure Park @i-City, a theme park built over a total of 24 acres.


Completion of its first office buildings development in i-City, MSC CyberOffice which are equipped with fibre optic connectivity and well-connected via Cisco Powered Managed Metro Ethernet Services – which are currently fully tenanted


Entered into a Management and Development Agreement with the Selangor State Government and Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam in relation to the development and management of i-City:

Entered into a joint-venture agreement with Thailand’s largest retail developer, Central Pattana Group, to joint-develop a super regional mall, CentralPlaza @i-City with 1 million square feet net leasable area; and

Opening of first hotel in i-City, the 216 rooms 3 star Best Western i-City
